Welcome to Priscilla Perez Holistic Counselling. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use this site if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Payment Policy
Fees are required to be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment. Block sessions are required to be paid in full prior to the first appointment and are valid for a select number of months.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for:

Cancellation Policy
To ensure appointments are available for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Appointments changed with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
Confidentiality
All personal information and session discussions are kept confidential unless required by law, there is risk of harm to the client or others, or written consent is provided by the client. Client information will be stored securely and respectfully.
Online Sessions
For online sessions, the client is responsible for ensuring a private and suitable environment with a stable internet connection. Sessions may need to be rescheduled if technical issues significantly disrupt the appointment.
Disclaimer of Liability
The holistic practitioner is not a medical professional or clinician. While all care and due diligence are taken in providing holistic wellness services, please be advised that the practitioner does not diagnose or treat medical or psychiatric conditions.
If a client requires specialised care, the practitioner may refer the client to other services or suitable professionals that fit the client's needs and requirements.
