Meet Priscilla
I'm a qualified Holistic Counsellor accredited by the International Society of Holistic Counsellors & Coaches (ISHCC) and the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists & Hypnotherapists (ACCPH), as well as a Certified Holistic Coach and Meditation & Mindfulness Practitioner.
Alongside my counselling practice, I teach yoga and have experienced firsthand the profound impact that movement, breathwork, and meditation can have on our emotional and mental wellbeing. I believe true healing happens when we nurture the mind, body, and spirit together.
My journey into holistic counselling was born from my own experiences of navigating stress, self-doubt, and the deep grief of losing my father. There was a time when I felt disconnected from myself and uncertain of the path ahead. Through self-exploration, mindfulness, and holistic healing practices, I gradually rediscovered a sense of peace, self-compassion, and a genuine love for life.
These experiences have shaped not only who I am, but how I support others. I understand what it feels like to sit in the darkest moments and wonder if things will ever get better. I also know the courage it takes to begin healing and to choose yourself, one step at a time.
My intention is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate practical tools that support lasting emotional wellbeing.
I believe that every person already holds the capacity to heal and grow. Sometimes, we simply need someone to walk beside us as we find our way back to ourselves.
