Hi, I'm Priscilla a holistic therapist based in Melbourne. My practice is guided by a deep belief that healing is not linear, and that every person deserves to be met exactly where they are.

My intention is to gently guide you back to your inner wisdom, helping you create lasting change through a holistic and heart centered approach.

I bring warmth, genuine presence, and a whole-person perspective to each session, honouring the body, mind, and the stories we carry.

Holistic counselling means I see you as a whole person not a diagnosis or a problem to be fixed. My approach draws on person-centered, somatic, and narrative frameworks, always led by what feels most useful for you.

       Sessions move at your pace. There is no rush and no agenda beyond your                       wellbeing.

       We welcome what the body knows breath, sensation, and nervous system                       cues are all part of the conversation.

       Your responses make sense given your story. I work to understand, not label.
